Youssef, and Kahleel (his Boom opp partner for this project), were amazing! Our company filmed a reality tv show pilot, and we hired Youssef for our audio department. He was able to keep up with the high-paced project. He also was able to adapt to quick decisions on set, including change of lapel equipment, added voiceovers, working in the heat, and having to check audio in between each take. Youssef was uniquely challenged with putting lapel mics on up to 7 people at once, and when he didn't have enough equipment (production error) he was able to take turns and check the audio in between scenes in order to switch between people on one lapel. At the end of the project, he also uploaded all audio conveniently and also gave us all the SD cards that we needed. Would recommend his services to anyone with audio needs, and will hire him again in the future.

Youssef edited the audio narration of my own nonfiction book. I'm pretty tech savvy but this was my first experience with audio narration, so I had to get up to speed quickly. Youssef did a great job with the technical editing, correcting some noise problems and setting the levels. The final result is very good, and people who listen to the audiobook comment on how good it sounds. In retrospect the project would have gone better if Youssef had brought more experience of the ACX platform and more strongly managed the production. Too often he should have managed decisions instead of deferring to me, when I lack the experience to make them properly. Quality of work also suffered a little with more than one major editing error, forcing me to check every edit. I absolutely do recommend Youssef - he's a great guy, enthusiastic and smart about audio tech. But he needs more self-confidence about his ability to own the decisions.
